Introduction By using the services offered by Penlago, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. These terms and conditions apply to all users of Penlago's services.
Services Penlago offers fasting and detox treatments to its customers. The services provided by Penlago are intended to be used solely for the purpose of improving your health. Penlago is not responsible for any adverse effects that may result from the use of its services.
Booking Customers can book Penlago's services via the website, email or phone. Penlago reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy Customers may cancel their booking up to 14 days prior to the start of the booked service. In such cases, Penlago will refund 50% of the payment made. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start of the booked service are non-refundable.
Liability Penlago is not liable for any injury, illness, loss or damage to property that may occur while using its services. Penlago is not responsible for any medical conditions that may arise during the fasting or detox treatments. Customers are advised to consult with their medical practitioner before using Penlago's services.
Conduct Customers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner while using Penlago's services. Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate by Penlago staff may result in the termination of the service without a refund.
Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved by the courts of Jamaica.
Changes to the Agreement Penlago reserves the right to make changes to this agreement at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes to the agreement via email.
